Pink & Gold - A Shower for Harlow

My mom, my sis-in-law Amanda, and I, had fun throwing a pink & gold baby shower for my sis-n-law Brooke. Brooke put together an adorable nursery with pink and gold so we thought we'd stay with the theme.  I may have had a little too much fun with all the glitter and glam of a girly baby shower. Someday..... right?  Anyway, here is a look at our shower for Brooke and sweet baby, Harlow.

I think Harlow is pretty set in the headband department ;)

Gifts!!!

Brooke with her mom and grandma :)

Can't wait to meet this precious baby girl!

Andelin Family Fun Continued...

The Andelin boys set out early one morning on a hike to Lake Blanche.  Joe raved how beautiful of a hike it was and after seeing the pictures, I believed him!

He's pretty cute. I even kinda like his farmer's tan :)

Oh hey, wild moose.

Boys will be boys...

The fun continued, spending an afternoon swimming at Highland Glen Park.

Random Insert- We had to get a picture of these cute cousins. All born within 3 months of each other!

As always, we had a good time hanging out with the Andelin fam! We are excited to visit the farm in Washington in a few weeks!

Andelin Family Fun

Joe comes from a pretty big family.  He is the 4th of 12 brothers and sisters. As you can imagine everyone is not together very often.  So, when it just so happened that almost everyone would be in Utah (Minus the 2 missionaries, and 1 sister who is working in VA) at the same time, of course we had to make a little reunion out of it.  It involved some last minute planning but my mind, which is 1/3 filled with Pinterest ideas, went crazy with what fun activities I could whip together while everyone was at our house.  Here is a peek at some of the fun we had together.

BBQ / S'mores

Kids' Crafts

Backyard Movie Night

To be continued...

Independence Day

Blanding is our favorite place to spend the 4th of July.  Something about the small town festivities makes it awesome.  This year we combined our 4th of July celebration with a little Johnson family reunion. (My mom's side) We pretty much played for 3 days straight and I took pictures of everything, as per usual, so get ready for a picture over load!!
