Gardener Village

We had a fun girl's day up at Gardner Village today. It was fun seeing all the decorative witches and browsing the "boo-tiques." I could drop a lot of money at that place! I especially loved their fabric boutique- holy cow it is amazing. Wish I had the patience to sew more! We already love having mom up here with us :)
P.S. for some reason the pictures are looking super fuzzy, but if you click on them they show up more clear...? I don't know why...
Brooke has joined the stroller club :) Love it!

I love this kid!!!

Boys playing with the light sabers grams got for them.
This place is soo cute!

"Big Budda" from the news was there doing a segment so we got a picture with him.

Fall Greatness

Who doesn't love Fall?? It's the greatest!  Holidays, crisp autumn air, candles, boots & jackets, football, goodies, warm blankets, hot chocolate, traditions, the list goes on and on... just the greatest.  Here are some of the great Fall things that are going on around here lately.
We finally planted trees!

It was hard to try and get everything in the picture... Looks so much better now though!
Some Fall decor... The "A" frame was my latest craft.
The "BOO" sign was last year's craft.
Pumpkins & pumpkin candle.
Fall wreath on our door.
I made the feather wreath last year and added the little owl this year.
Hayes got his first pair of boots!
I can't wait to dress him up in all of his cute jackets and fall clothes.
This doesn't really have anything to do with fall, but I finally added some decor to our mudroom last week.
Pillows on the bench and shoe baskets underneath it.
Don't mind Hayes is in the corner, asking to go outside... haha he never wants to stay in the house.
Most exciting- Shad and Brooke welcomed their perfect baby boy into the family.
Tavvin Shad Webb.
(Brooke I stole your picture:))
He is the 5th grand baby.

I'm excited for all that this time of year brings! Happy Fall!

The Proposal (3 Years Later)

It was about this time 3 years ago, that my amazing husband asked me to be his wife.  He knew I had high expectations for a proposal and he did not let me down!! :) I love looking back at the beginnings of our love story.  So glad I found him.

Luckily my brother and his wife were staying at this gorgeous house at the time so Joe had the perfect set up.
Rose petals-candles-lights-torches. The works.
Amanda documented the whole thing for me!

Gorgeous right?
I was totally surprised!
